PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND UPDATE OF INFORMATION
Product prices and delivery (postage) are in euros (EUR). The order (contract) is concluded in the Slovenian language. Prices are valid on the day of the order. We reserve the right to change the price list without prior notice.
We are not taxpayers - VAT is not calculated on the basis of point 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1.
The regular price applies to all store users. Registration is also possible during the purchase process. Promotional prices for items on sale are valid until the date marked on the page with the presentation of the item, otherwise until stocks are sold out.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the payment methods listed below, under the conditions listed below.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the actual calculation/prospect of the purchase). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The buyer receives the original invoice together with the shipment.
The provider tries to take care as best as possible and ensure the up-to-dateness and correctness of the information provided on the website. However, product features, delivery time and price may change. Thus, there is a possibility that the provider may not be able to correct the data on the web pages at the same time as the change. In such a case, the customer will be notified of the changes and will be given the opportunity to withdraw from the purchase or exchange the ordered item. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer about this. The provider will try to the best of its ability in every case to provide the customer with a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties.
In the event of an unforeseen change in the prices of a specific product or the inability to deliver, the provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
You will receive the invoice in the package. Otherwise, write us in the note that you want the invoice in electronic form.
Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The user selects and orders the products available in the online store. By registering in the online store, the user agrees to the use of personal data for the successful conclusion of the contract and its fulfillment (issuance of an invoice, delivery, etc.).
At any time during the ordering process, the user can check which products he has selected up to that point in his basket. It is visible in the upper right corner. Before submitting the order, the user can review the entire content of the order, including the quantity and price, and correct any errors. Only by confirming this choice will the order actually be forwarded.
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer.
About a possible change to the order or cancellation, the buyer must notify the provider at the email address info@moirai.si, kjer mora navesti tudi ID naročila, ki je omenjena v predračunu, ki ga kupec prejme po elektronski pošti. Spremembo naj kupec javi v roku ene ure od oddaje naročila.
The supplier discreetly packs and ships the goods within the promised period. The terms of business also include a presentation of the provider's policy regarding the return of goods and where to contact in the event of a delay in delivery or in the event of a complaint.

When ordering products that are not in stock at the time of purchase, but can be ordered, the provider reserves the right to request payment in advance.
The provider reserves the right, if necessary, to call the customer on his contact phone number, send him an email and/or reject the order.
Upon confirmation of the order, the contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the buyer and the provider is concluded at this stage.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The provider allows the customer to pay for the ordered products upon collection in cash (cash on delivery - only in Slovenia), payment via Paypal or supported payment cards or a direct bank transaction to the provider's TRR.
Payment on delivery – In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer gives cash to the postal employee or delivery person when collecting the parcel. The postman pays a special bill for the buyer, and the buyer pays a commission according to the valid price list of the chosen provider delivering the package (Only possible in Slovenia!).
Payment via direct bank transaction – In case of payment via direct bank transaction, the buyer settles the payment to the provider's bank account within 48 hours. If the payment is not transferred after 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. At the time of payment, reference is made to the order ID (eg order number (order ID) is 2222; reference is SI00 2222). The goods are sent by the provider immediately after receiving the payment.
Payment via PayPal– In case of payment via PayPal or supported payment cards, you only need to follow the instructions shown as part of the process. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. When paying by card, PayPal may charge a nominal fee as part of the pre-authorisation of the payment card to ensure data consistency. This amount is not permanent and will be refunded upon authorisation.
COSTS AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
The tenderer will deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe. If the supplier has the ordered product in stock, it will be delivered to the customer within 3 to 7 working days at the latest. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Products that are not in stock are usually not published on the website and cannot be ordered. Products that are in stock are published and can be ordered. When displaying a product, the stock status is visible above the "add to basket" button. If the "in stock" text is coloured green, the product is in stock. If "out of stock" is in red, the product is out of stock. If the product is out of stock or needs to be manufactured or processed, the product will be delivered to the buyer in accordance with the agreement between the buyer and the supplier. The delivery charge is weighted according to the total weight of the order. GLS or Post Slovenia (from 0-100g = €5.70, from 100-250g = €5.90, from 250-500g = €6.10, from 500-1000g = €6.90 and from 1000-2000g = €9.40). Free shipping over 40€! If your purchase amount exceeds €40, please tick the Free shipping over €40 option in your basket - otherwise shipping will be charged according to the total weight. Delivery outside Slovenia (Europe) is charged at a flat rate of 12€ (free delivery is not possible and may take up to 14 days). In the case of a larger weight for a package destined abroad, we reserve the right to change the delivery charge.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the ZVPot (Official Gazette of the RS No. 98/2004, 126/2007), the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of taking over the goods (at the contact e-mail address info@moirai.si), to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). It is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14 day return period. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the provider shall return all payments received no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract and after receiving the returned goods.
The consumer must return the goods received unused, undamaged, with the original labels attached and in the same quantity, wrapped in the original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. When returning the shipment, attach the original invoice and indicate your transaction account next to it.
The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the provider's general business conditions.

The provider does not accept shipments with a ransom without prior agreement.
The consumer may inspect and test the received goods only to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to determine the actual condition and as is usually the case in stores. Otherwise, the consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods in accordance with the 8th paragraph of 43/d of Art. ZVPot, if the reduction in value is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for contracts, the subject of which are goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, that have been adapted to his personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that are perishable or that have already expired expiration date.
If the order is executed by a legal or natural person that performs a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form or ownership, the provisions of this chapter do not apply to it. In these cases, we will handle your requests for the return of goods individually, taking into account to the greatest extent possible all the reasons and circumstances as well as the possibilities provided by our suppliers.
DID YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS? WHAT TO DO?
In case of visible damage to the goods or packaging, the buyer's complaint must be submitted to the provider or the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The buyer is not obliged to accept such goods and may reject the shipment.
In the event that the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, it shows signs of being opened or if the products in the package are damaged, but the buyer took such a package anyway, the buyer must then initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service or with the provider. If you suspect that the damage occurred during the delivery of the product and was caused by the transport service, please do so by bringing the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything) and fill out a damaged shipment report . Alternatively, you can arrange with the postal unit that delivered the product to have their employee visit you at home, who will fill out a report on the damaged shipment in your presence. After that, the provider takes care of the necessary replacement or arrangement of the matter for the buyer. The provider agrees with the customer on a suitable solution. In the case of damages that are acceptable to the buyer and the buyer would keep such a product, the provider can issue a financial credit for the damage assessment, but if the damage is too great and unacceptable to the buyer, the buyer naturally has the right to exchange the product. Together with the delivery service, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
We recommend that the customer inspect the package and check the contents in the presence of the delivery person before taking it over.
COMPLAINT
The buyer can complain about the goods if the goods do not have the properties that the supplier has expressly promised, if the supplier has sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviates from the buyer's order. The buyer can complain about the goods within 8 days of the purchase and request an immediate exchange for an identical, flawless item or within the statutory period and under the conditions for claiming a claim due to a material defect. In the event of a complaint, the buyer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request a replacement of the item, its repair or a refund of the purchase price. In this case, the provider reserves the right to charge the rent according to the valid price list for the time the buyer used the goods, but no more than the amount by which the market value of the item decreased during and as a result of use. The buyer can return the goods for reclamation by sending them back by post at the provider's expense and after prior agreement with the provider. If you want to return the goods at our expense, you must agree on this with the clerk www.moirai.si. We do not accept shipments with a ransom if we have not expressly agreed on this with the buyer!
NOT ACCEPTING THE PACKAGE
If the buyer does not pick up the ordered products, which are sent with cash on delivery and are returned to the company's address after the waiting period at the depot (8-14 days), this is not considered a withdrawal from the contract, since the latter is still validly concluded and it is a unilateral unannounced withdrawal from the contract by the buyer. According to the Code of Obligations, the buyer is obliged to take over the ordered package and pay the ransom. If the buyer does not accept the package, this action causes financial damage to the company. We urge all potential buyers to check their financial situation before placing an order and, in case of inability to pay, not to order in the online store.
In the event of non-receipt of the package, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and sending/returning the items to the company, since he did not terminate the contract - the order. The costs of not receiving the package amount to €9.00 (postage, packaging costs, packaging costs, administrative costs). In the event of non-acceptance, the case will be handed over to the legal department, which will further regulate the payment and recovery of incurred costs and damages, based on our authorization. In the event that you ordered the goods and intended to pay for them after collection and only did not collect them, you can only receive the next order if you pay in advance and settle all old obligations.
Any purposeful causing of damage by ordering and not receiving the ordered item (fake orders) can be traced and if this is suspected, the case and the IP address will be handed over to the responsible services for further consideration as abuse.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item. Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Registration of the customer on the provider's website is not necessary to complete the purchase process. The buyer can complete the registration on the website under the sign up or registration. The provider will treat the personal data of registered customers confidentially, protect them carefully and in no case pass them on to a third party, unless this is stipulated by law. The data will never be misused in any way. The provider will use the obtained data for the smooth execution of the purchase process, statistical analysis with the aim of improving the functioning of the website and products, and the implementation of promotional activities.
The provider will contact the user via means of remote communication only if the user does not expressly object to this.
The user can unsubscribe from advertising messages at any time to the email address: info@moirai.si. The provider will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages. SMS advertising messages that the user receives are free of charge.
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, the provider uses a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. Within five working days, the provider will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

The new Act on Electronic Communications, ZEKom-1, transposed the amended Directive on Privacy in Electronic Communications 2002/58/EC into the Slovenian legal order.
