• Crystal potions are a convenient way to use the vibrational energies of crystals for crystal healing, magic and much more. They are easy to prepare and can be stored for later use. You can use one crystal or even several different types to make an elixir. Using several minerals at the same time creates a synergistic mixture.

Preparation of the elixir:

• Choose the crystals you will need for the elixir.
• It is recommended that you use the Rock Crystal alongside your chosen crystal to help replenish the elixir.
• Prepare two clean jars or two ceramic containers that fit inside each other (one can be placed inside the other).
• Two clean dark bottles (one smaller and one larger).
• Spring water.
• Vodka (80% or more) or vinegar as a preservative and to correct crystal vibration.
• A calm and focused mind.
• Sunlight or moonlight, or a special personal space or altar (outdoors or on a windowsill that receives sunlight or moonlight).

Making the elixir:

• Clean the crystals.
• Forget your worries. Various breathing and meditation techniques can help you do this.
• State aloud your intention for the elixir and ask the crystals to help you make the elixir.
• Place the larger container you will use for the crystal elixir in the place you have chosen.
• Place the crystals in a small glass container, preferably sealed.
• Place the smaller container in the larger container.
• Carefully pour the water into a larger container.
• Additional crystals can be arranged on the outside of the container so that they face towards it.
• Leave the container in sunlight or moonlight for at least four hours.
• Remove the inner container and pour the water into larger bottles (up to half).
• Fill the bottle with vodka or vinegar and seal it.
• Fill a smaller bottle with the elixir for immediate use.
• Thank the crystals for their help in creating this elixir.
• Clean all utensils for the next use.
• It is not necessary to add preservatives (vodka or vinegar) to use the elixir immediately. Store the elixir in the fridge for a few days in a sealed container. The water can also be strengthened with Reiki energy. Stones with a (Mohs) hardness of 4 or less are not recommended for use in the elixir as they may dissolve. Softer stones can be glued to the container the elixir will be in.

• Always use filtered or purified bottled water (never use water directly from the tap)!
• Clean the crystals well before use!
• Never use rough stones (they should always be polished or treated)! Raw stones can dissolve!
• Don't swallow your stone, and don't use small stones that you might accidentally swallow!
• Make sure you only use stones that are non-toxic!
• Make sure the stones have a Mohs hardness of 4 or higher before using them for the elixir! For softer stones, you can always use another method (glue the stone to the container)!

The healing effects of the elixir of crystals:

• Agate - It is used to gently stabilise and cleanse the whole body.
• Amethyst - It is used to make your own decisions, plans, balance your body and protect yourself. It raises the vibration on a spiritual level.
• Aventurine - It helps with mental rigidity, high pride and arrogance. It strengthens and stabilises us during growth experiences. It helps us to experience new things with grace, endurance and perseverance.
• Carnelian - Increases the etheric body's ability to access spiritual energy. Energises and clears the energetic interface between the etheric body and the meridians, allowing greater energy flow.
